The Vision

Capturing Fluidity

The Gradient Linear Tee is an exploration of movement in a static world. The design was inspired by the visual representation of sound waves and digital data streams. A series of perfectly parallel vertical lines descends from the shoulder, slowly losing density as they reach the waist. This ‘Gradient’ creates a slimming visual effect and adds a sense of verticality to the wearer?s frame. It is our most ‘active’ design, intended for those who are always in transition between the creative studio and the urban environment.

Discharge Printing Technology

To maintain the high-end feel of the Rewear Projects line, we utilized a ‘Discharge’ printing method for the Gradient. Unlike standard screen printing, which sits like a layer of plastic on top of the shirt, discharge printing removes the pigment from the fabric itself. This means the graphic has ‘zero-hand’?you cannot feel it with your fingers. This is essential for a design with so many fine lines, as it ensures the shirt remains perfectly soft, breathable, and flexible throughout the entire torso.

Sustainable Material Blend

The Blend: We’ve introduced a hybrid fabric consisting of 70% GOTS organic cotton and 30% recycled polyester. This blend offers superior moisture-wicking properties compared to 100% cotton. Softness Coating: Every Gradient tee is finished with an organic silicone wash, giving it a ‘buttery’ feel that rivals luxury cashmere. Breathability: The linear nature of the print allows the fabric to ‘breathe’ better than solid-block prints, making this our top choice for summer climates.
