At Rewear Projects, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your contract under the following conditions.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the goods.
- To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.
How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement. You can do this by:

Return Shipping & Costs
- Shipping Cost: Please note that the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
- Address: Once you notify us, we will provide the return shipping address for your region.
Refunds
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
- Timeline: Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back.
- Method: We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
