How to File a Complaint
If you have a complaint about a product you received or the service provided, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and a clear description of the problem.

Our Handling Process
Once we receive your complaint, we follow these steps:
- Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 48 hours.
- Investigation: We will look into the matter thoroughly. If the complaint involves a defective product, we may ask for photos to speed up the process.
- Resolution: We aim to provide a full substantive response and a proposed solution within 14 days of receiving your complaint.
European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
We prefer to resolve any issues directly with our customers. However, if we are unable to reach a satisfactory solution together, you have the right to submit your dispute for mediation via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
This is an official platform designed to help consumers and traders resolve out-of-court disputes arising from online transactions.
