Ordering and Contract
- Eligibility: By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 15 years old or have parental permission to shop with us.
- Order Acceptance: After placing an order, you will receive an automated email confirming receipt. This does not mean the order is accepted. Acceptance occurs when we ship the product and send a dispatch confirmation.
- Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all details provided during the checkout process (address, email, and quantities) are correct.
Payments
- Payment Methods: We process payments securely via Mollie. Supported methods include iDEAL, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), and Apple Pay.
- Security: All transactions are encrypted. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout.
Delivery and Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
- Delivery Estimates: Shipping times vary by location. While we strive to meet estimated dates, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Withdrawals
- Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
- Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Warranty and Complaints
- Legal Warranty: We provide a legal warranty on all products. If a product is defective or does not match the description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
- Reporting: Defects must be reported to support@rewearprojects.com within a reasonable time (typically 2 weeks) after discovery.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse or incorrect washing.
Liability
- Limited Liability: Rewear Projects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
- Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total price of the items purchased.
